Subscriptions for flags received after October 31st will begin at the next launch period and not for Veteran's Day. The next launch will be in February for Presidents Day.
Orders that come in after the installation has started cannot be honored during that launch. Rotarians are volunteers and as such we do not strain them by having them have to go out into their zones over and over as new orders come in.
