DESCRIPTION:West University Place Independence Day parade and pool party.
WU Rotary will be sharing a sponsor's booth with the John McKnitt Alexand
er Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Colonial Park
Pool is the location of the party. Set-up of the booth begins at 8:00 a.m.
We will have a computer for flag subscriptions\, information on members
hips available\, and be handing out miniature flags to the children. We
could use Rotarians to staff the booth in one-hour shifts from 9:00 until
Noon\, and use volunteers to help with set up and take down. We also
need Rotarians to attend the party and bring their families! The more\,
the merrier! Cold drinks will be available to all volunteers. We will
be under the trees at Colonial Park\, so there will be some protection fr
