A few items to point out this week . . .
Last meeting we presented a Blue Badge to new member Danelle Edmonds, after a record breaking time to compete her Red Badge activities. She already has requested a committee assignment.
Registration for the District 5890 Conference in New Orleans continues. Some 13 West U Rotary members have signed up for the 4 day meeting, from April 16 -19, combining Rotary events with much fun and social events. You can register on line at RMaddux@pmhvac.com.
Richard Lazear's team is working hard toward an enhanced July 4th and West U Rotary 20th Anniversary celebration. Plans include a parade float, flag display, club banners, food stations, music, and recognition by the city of our significant anniversary.
