West U Rotary Happenings for the week ending December 26, 2015 ….
Howdy everyone! I hope everyone has enjoyed the holidays with your families - special time and special memories with special people. Only in Houston in December will you run the air conditioner and the heater within the same day.
This meeting will be a fun fellowship meeting with several club members presenting little known hobbies and past times. Please come join us for a fun end of the year meeting.
As a continuation to our Presidential Citation requirements, this week I will highlight the last of our topics - Public Image. (We must achieve 1 of the following 2 goals):
- Update the club website and social media using Rotary’s visual identity guidelines
- Update club brochure and newsletter using Rotary’s visual identify guidelines.
May you all enjoy these last few days of 2015 and reflect on the memories. May 2016 be a prosperous and memorable year for you and your family, for our club and for Rotary. May 2016 be the last year for Polio around the world. May Rotary continue to be a Gift to the World and may West U Rotary continue to be a Gift to the Community. I wish everyone a very happy new year.
