Non-Profit Leader Needed for 2021 (And Beyond)

 

Jon helps nonprofit leaders earn more revenue and serve people well to lead their organization to greater impact.
 
Jon worked in nonprofits for over 15 years serving various organizations as Board member, volunteer, as well as part-time and full-time team member. His last nonprofit job was as Vice President of Innovation and Operations for the YMCA of Greater Houston. A $140 million organization that serves 660,000 people annually.
 
Today, Jon helps nonprofit leaders lead better nonprofits by providing training and coaching focused on growing their business mind and servant heart. This is best shared through his signature training, '5 Drivers of High-Performing Nonprofits'. Additionally, Jon is an adjunct professor of Organizational Leadership for the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine. And most importantly, he is husband to Meghan and father to Anna and William.
 
Jon is on a mission to change nonprofit leadership. He believes a better world exists and is possible with better nonprofit leaders.
